Mission Statement
The purpose of Newburgh Theological Seminary and Newburgh College of the Bible is to provide effective Biblical, Christ-Centered training for men and women who want to prepare for greater ministry. Our program of education is preparing people to do Twenty-First century work based on the life and message of our First century Jesus and New Testament church.

Doctrinal Statement
Newburgh Theological Seminary and Newburgh College of the Bible believes in the Word of God. We believe without any reservation in the inspiration of the Old and New Testaments. We believe God's Word is without error and is God's revelation to mankind.
We further believe:
- The virgin birth of Jesus Christ; Matthew 1:23
"The virgin will be with child and will give birth to a son, and they will call him Immanuel" [ Isaiah 7:14] —which means, "God with us
2 The sinless life of Jesus Christ; Hebrews 4:15
"For we do not have a high priest who is unable to sympathize with our weaknesses, but we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are—yet was without sin." Hebrews 4:15
3 The atoning death of Jesus Christ on the cross;
"This is love: not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as an atoning sacrifice for our sins," 1 1John 4:10
4 The bodily resurrection of Jesus Christ; "He is not here; he has risen! Remember how he told you, while he was still with you in Galilee, " Luke 24.6
5. The second coming of Jesus Christ; "They were looking intently up into the sky as he was going, when suddenly two men dressed in white stood beside them. 11"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." Act 1.10
6. A place called heaven prepared for believers in Jesus Christ; "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God[a]; trust also in me. 2In my Father's house are many rooms; if it were not so, I would have told you. I am going there to prepare a place for you. 3And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come back and take you to be with me that you also may be where I am. 4You know the way to the place where I am going." John 14. 1-4
7. A place called hell for those who reject God's love in Christ; Luke 16: 19 - 30
8. Salvation is in Jesus Christ alone;
"For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— 9not by works, so that no one can boast," Ephesians 2:8-9
9. The Great Commission that Christ gave to the church; Matthew 28:16 - 20
10. God is love and forgives people who come to Him in Christ; Romans 5:8
11. God gives people second chances and third and?; Luke 15
12. God has a purpose for your life;
13. Today could be the last day of your life;
14. Today could be the beginning of the best days of your life
